A. The relation 1) The parties concerned were established on March 31, 1931 by the former Joseon Repair Association Order (Ordinance No. 2, 1917, July 17, 191, repealed), and the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961, and repealed by the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act) was changed into the "Seoul Land Improvement Association" in accordance with Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970; hereinafter the "Act").

2) On January 1, 200, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (established by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) under Article 9 of the Addenda to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act. The Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation has changed the name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005), but changed the name to the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 9276, Dec. 29, 2008). 3) The Defendant is registered as the owner who completed each ownership transfer or registration of ownership in the register of each real estate listed in the
