A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts
On October 20, 2006, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on July 28, 2014, respectively.
On July 9, 2017, around 08:50, the Defendant driven a B G80-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.118% in a section of approximately 2 km to the front road of Seongdong-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Seowon-si, Busan-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-do caner off the front road of 211.
