Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (a written reply demanding the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim, even though the Defendant submitted a written reply demanding the dismissal of the Plaintiff’s claim, according to the following written statements, the Defendant appears to have been actually aware of the Plaintiff’s claim. As such, it is deemed that the Defendant was actually aware of the purport of recognizing the Plaintiff’s claim pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
