1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance shall be revoked, and each disposition of imposition of KRW 80,435,950 as of April 15, 2003 against the plaintiff and imposition of KRW 88,51,190 as of May 1 of the same year shall be revoked.
