When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 13, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:50%, operated Bho-do car at approximately 5km from the roads near the bathing beach located in Busan High-dong, Busan High-gu, Busan, to the annual mountain tunnel, located in the Seosan-dong, Busan.
Summary of Evidence
1. A protocol concerning the police interrogation of the accused;
1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to reports on the statement of the situation of a driver;
1. Relevant provisions of Article 148-2, (2) 2, and Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act concerning criminal facts, and the selection of fines;
1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
