1. The Defendant’s executory exemplification of the payment order (Seoul Northern District Court 2014Da35387) against Nonparty B is the Seoul Northern District Court.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On June 11, 2015, the Defendant, based on the original copy of the payment order indicated in the Disposition No. 1, enforced compulsory execution against each of the items listed in the separate sheet.
B. B only contains the above goods C and 102, and the above goods are owned by the Plaintiff as they are purchased by the Plaintiff. Therefore, compulsory execution against the above goods should be dismissed.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
