The defendant is a person who works as a security guard in the apartment B in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.

On June 3, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (3) who is the electrical owner of the management office of the above apartment in the apartment management office and the automatic entrance repair problem.
