Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
The key issue of this case is whether or not the attorney fee is unfairly excessive in light of the defendant's proper performance of delegated duties under the attorney delegation agreement with the plaintiff according to the contract, and the defendant's legal assistance and other activities. The reason why this court should explain is the same as the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is accepted by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
