A. The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants as follows, and the Defendants occupy the leased object after paying each deposit.

B. On June 18, 2013, Jin-si purchased the instant building and its site from the Plaintiff to reconstruct the instant building after demolishing the instant building. From December 2012 to the closing date of the argument in the instant case, the Plaintiff revealed that it is impossible for the lessee of the instant building, including the Defendants, to renew the future lease due to the said circumstances.
C. After Defendant I leased X from the Plaintiff, Defendant I unpaid the rent of KRW 48,000,00 for 16 months until December 31, 2012, and did not pay the rent after January 1, 2013.
The provisions of the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) in relation to the instant case are as follows:
Article 9 (Lease Period, etc.) (1) Any lease period, the period of which is fixed or the period of which is fixed to less than one year, shall be deemed one year.
Article 10. Renewal of the Agreement
