A. On October 21, 201, the Defendant was issued from the C Line D (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from the C Line D (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and was in office as a pastor of the E church located in the Gangnam Jinjin-gun (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and on April 15, 201, the Defendant was willing to change the E Line to the F intersection.

Accordingly, the above public official who is unaware of such fact entered the land register for the real estate in the case of this case into computerized input that the change of name on April 15, 2013 should be completed by the registration of change of the name of the registered titleholder who is the cause of registration.

In this respect, the defendant made a false report to the public official, and recorded false facts in the land register which is the same electronic record as the original copy of a notarial deed.

B. Around that time, the Defendant had the above Gangseo registry office keep and exercise the above land registry that recorded false facts.

C. At around 19:00 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) around 15, 15 persons, including the victim G (52 years of age), who was subject to the order of movement issued by the C Line as of June 3, 2013, enter the said EM Association as of June 3, 2013; (b) around 15, including the Defendant, before the said church’s entrance, the Defendant prevented the Defendant and 15 new persons, who followed the order; and (c) “this church is our church, and we left the CM Association;
