However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant’s assaulted on March 1, 2016: (a) around 02:00, the Defendant does not slickly leave the victim D(22)’s daily behaviors in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu.

As a result, the victim was able to resist from the victim, the victim's shoulder was tightly pushed one time to commit violence against the victim.

2. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) voluntarily accompanied a police box of the Seoul Western Police Station in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, with the case of assaulting D, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) subsequently, in order to conceal the fact that he/she received a request from G to present his/her personal information from the superintendent of the police box affiliated with the above police box, and received a fine unpaid, the Defendant’s death registration number, which was the Defendant’s punishment, was deemed as the Defendant’s resident registration number; and (c) denied another’s resident registration number by stating H’s resident registration number in the resident registration number column of the written statement.

The Defendant forged the signature of the company and signed the above investigation at the date, time, and place mentioned in the foregoing paragraph 2, entered the Defendant’s column of voluntary accompanying consent without authority, the person who prepared the written statement, and the person who confirmed the investigative process confirmation letter as “H” in the column, and forged another’s signature by shotfing it next to it, and issued it as if the signature was duly formed with the signature forged to G, and exercised it.
