According to the above facts of recognition, since the defendant, as a result of having an inappropriate relation with the plaintiff's spouse, has inflicted mental damage on the plaintiff, the defendant is responsible for compensating for such damage, and the amount of consolation money is determined as KRW 15,00,000, considering all the circumstances shown in the argument of this case.
