A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
From November 1, 2007, the Defendant operated food manufacturing and processing business with the trade name of “F” in Busan-gun, Busan-gun from November 1, 2007.
1. Any person who intends to engage in the business of manufacturing or processing foods with an unregistered change in additional facilities for manufacturing or processing foods shall register his/her business type or place of business with the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the branch office of the Special Self-Governing Province, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the new food group, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and shall file for registration of change in cases where he
The Defendant, on November 2013, was not a place registered as the seat of the F, but was in the factory located in Busan-gun G in the Busan-gun G, for manufacturing 10 mixs of plastic containers equivalent to approximately 350 litresponding to 10 mixs of salt and defined values, and did not complete registration of alteration, by installing additional facilities at a place other than the first registered business location, in which salt and defined values are stored until October 5, 2015.
2. No one shall sell foods, etc. that are likely to harm human health due to unclean foods, etc., mixing or adding other substances, or other reasons, or gather, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods, etc. for sale;
From January 2013 to October 5, 2015, the Defendant manufactured, processed, and stored the destroyed salted amount for the purpose of sale, as it is in an influent state in which the fluent amount was reproduced in the fluent amount (10 copies of plastic container equivalent to about 350 liters) manufactured from the factory in Busan-gun G from around January 2013 to around October 5, 2015, with the same circumstance as the above paragraph 1.
3. Any business operator who manufactures or processes foods, etc. which have failed to conduct self-quality inspections shall manufacture, process, use, cook and preserve foods for sale, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister.
