Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is an employer who has operated I, a member-gu H located in Ansan-si.
When an employee retires, the employer shall pay him/her wages within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant worked at the said workplace from January 5, 2015 to March 31, 2015, and was retired from office on February 2015, 2015, and did not pay 10,304,700 won, including 482,350 won, per annum of the attached crime list Nos. 6, 7, 8, and 9, within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date.

The reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act for the order of provisional payment is that the defendant recognized the crime and reflects the crime, and that it seems that the victims could not be paid wages due to the business depression, and other matters specified in Article 51 of the Criminal Act, which are conditions for sentencing, such as the defendant's age, sex, and environment, as shown in the records and arguments of this case, are considered and the punishment is determined as ordered.
Rejection of Public Prosecution
1. The summary of the facts charged is an employer who has managed I, Inc., Ltd., located in Ansan-si.
(a) An employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall pay wages within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, if a worker retires;
Nevertheless, the Defendant worked at the foregoing workplace from January 7, 2014 to March 31, 2015, and retired workers B, including KRW 2,871,020 on November 1, 2014, as well as KRW 64,014,413 on the total wage of six workers, as shown in the attached Table Nos. 1 through 5, 10, and 10, without any agreement on the extension of the due date, within 14 days from the date of retirement.
