A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
230,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant, “2017 Highest 9289,” was not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant traded or assisted the Mepter (the Melopopon; hereinafter referred to as the “Melopon”) of a local mental medicine as follows.
1. On March 2017, the Defendant received KRW 130,000 from K to request for scopon from K in the place of residence of the Defendant, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and received KRW 130,000 of the scopon price, and the Defendant knew.
D contact with D and purchase approximately 0.35g of philophones contained in D's fraud at 130,000 won, and then deliver the said philophones to K.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the purchase and sale of philophones by K and D.
2. On May 2017, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from K in the domicile of the Defendant of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L, Dong-gu L, and contacted D with D, purchased approximately 0.28g of philophones, which are contained in D’s fraud once from D, and delivered the said philophones to K.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the purchase and sale of philophones by K and D.
around November 2013, the Defendant, along with M, subscribed to multiple insurance in the name of the Defendant in lieu of paying insurance premiums, hospital expenses, and operating expenses at the O hospital located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with M, and conspired to divide the insurance proceeds received after receiving insurance claims from the insurance company for a long time, under the most recent hospitalization in the hospital as if the accident occurred, even though there was no actual accident on the part of the Defendant.
On November 29, 2013, the Defendant subscribed to a total of 14 insurance policies (one time payment of KRW 1,570,831 per month in total) from that time until December 26, 2013, as shown in the attached Table of the purchase of insurance policies, including purchasing a large amount of social integration insurance covering KRW 472,00,00, which was arranged by the above M. around November 29, 2013.
As above, the defendant was recruited with M on February 9, 2015:00 on February 9, 2014, at the Saridong Central Park, Nam-gu, Incheon.
