1. The Defendants jointly committed against the Plaintiff KRW 228,737,438 and the Defendants B from July 9, 2014 to November 21, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(except for the portion of the claim against D Co., Ltd.)
(a) Defendant B: Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of full payment. However, the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended to the effect that the statutory interest rate shall be reduced from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, and the damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum cannot be accepted.
