Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, from September 2009 to December 2012, 201, lent 42 million won over several occasions to the Defendant, but the Defendant agreed to pay 42 million won to the Plaintiff up to December 31, 2012. The Plaintiff prepared a loan certificate of KRW 12 million and KRW 30 million, respectively, and delivered to the Plaintiff.
