1. The Defendant’s recommendation decision on performance of the Defendant’s claim for loans (No. 2019 Ghana32817) against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. An indication of the claim against the Plaintiff on August 20, 2008: (a) the amount of KRW 20,000,000 from the Defendant on August 30, 2008 to October 30, 2008; (b) the amount of principal four equal installments and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum; and (c) Defendant 20% per annum on July 9, 2019, the Jeonju District Court 2019Da32817, supra; (d) the filing of the lawsuit claiming the said loan against the Plaintiff on July 30, 2019 – the decision of performance recommendation to order the payment of KRW 20% per annum from October 31, 2008 to the date of full payment; and (e) the decision of performance recommendation to order the payment of KRW 20% per annum on October 2, 2019 to the date of full payment; and (e) the expiration of enforcement title of the above loan prior to the said decision became final.
