1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the parts which are dismissed or added as follows. Thus, it is accepted in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. 2. The third part, which is dismissed or added on February 1, 200, read “1960” as “1950.”
The 5th 19 and 20th 20th "O. 2, 1950" was transferred to the Gwangju Police Station as of October 2, 1952 [the 5th 1950th 12th 2018 by the Commissioner of the Jeonnam Police Agency]
However, in light of the fact that the date of transfer of the deceased on the official commendation ledger for retired police officers, which is the basis of its preparation, is written on October 2, 4285 (see subparagraph 4, 7, e.g., the date of transfer recorded in the above written investigation statement, seems to be simple on October 2, 1950). The 7th page “No. 2, 1950.” is deemed to be “No. 2, 1952.”
