1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 58,002,724 and its KRW 4,346,592, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 58,02,724, and KRW 25,909,391.

Reasons

In light of the facts without dispute, and the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff can be acknowledged that from January 2013 to the defendant, the plaintiff supplied parts of Handphones, such as GT-N900, and the defendant supplied the above parts in the amount column on the transaction date on the transaction date on the attached list No. 1200,724 and 4,346,592 of the unpaid goods price to the plaintiff. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the amount from December 11, 2013 to 25,909, 391 on the following day of the settlement date to 30% of the annual amount of KRW 20,600,000 to 19,756,608, as requested by the plaintiff, 2014 to 30% of the annual amount of KRW 15,641,301,500 to 20.314,2014, as requested by the plaintiff.
