1. Defendant A is a person who works as an employee of “D” in Ansan-si’s member C from November 2014, and works as an employee of the said member-gu, Ansan-si.

A karaoke machine business operator is prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages. Nevertheless, at around 00:50 on January 14, 2015, the Defendant received 40,000 won from four persons, including E, who are customers, in the singing room and sold ten cans for beer. 2) No person shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, or arrange other persons to provide entertainment to customers by singing or dancing in the singing room for profit.

Nevertheless, at around 00:50 on January 14, 2015, the Defendant arranged customers to provide entertainment services for about one hour, such as having four customers, including: (a) 25,00 won per hour, and (b) having four customers, including, but not limited to, customers E, etc.; and (c) having them provide entertainment services.

B. On January 14, 2015, the Defendant engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 01:10, the Defendant committed an assault against the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the control of singing machines by, for example, by setting up an identification card, etc. by the police officer of the Ansan-gu Police Station, who was called out after receiving 112 reports, and explaining the developments of the call, etc.; (b) in order to evacuate the singing machines installed on the front wall of the said place to evacuate the singing machines; and (c) making the electric breaker installed on the back of the said place; and (d) in his hand, by taking the erobbbs of the saidK, he did not wear the body in good hands from the rear of the said K; and (d) obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties on the control of singing machines.

2. Defendant B: (a) around 01:10 on January 14, 2015, the Defendant 1-b, together with friendships, at the six singing rooms around 01:10.

As stated in paragraph 112, the police officer of the Ansan-gu Police Station who was called out after having received a report shall be deemed to have come to the above 6th of the police box and "I am to sit."
