Punishment of the crime
At around 22:40 on July 27, 2015, the Defendant driven B 2 truck at a section of about 500 meters from the 500-meter radius to the front road of the Round-kak-gu Round State in the north-dong of Gwangju, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.150% of blood alcohol concentration.
