1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 93,749,534 and KRW 55,673,01 among them, per annum from June 26, 1998 to August 31, 1998.

Reasons

According to the purport of Gap evidence 1 and 2 as stated in the attached Table 2, the plaintiff provided a credit guarantee for the defendant's obligation, and subrogated for it, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant and joint guarantor with Busan District Court 2010dan657, and "the defendant jointly and severally has 85,492,286 won and 60,236,70 won, which shall be 25% per annum from June 26, 1998 to August 31, 1998; 20% per annum from the following day to December 31, 31, 1998; 196.35% per annum from the next day to 196.39% per annum; 196% per annum from the next day to 197.39% per annum; 96% per annum; 196% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; 197.9% per annum; and the above judgment became final and conclusive;
