1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 81,939,451 as well as 15% per annum from August 2, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff shall have a claim for damages with 5% per annum from December 27, 2007 to January 25, 2008, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. For the extension of the prescription period, 81,939,451 won (total of KRW 27 million and damages for delay up to March 22, 2018), and damages for delay calculated with 15% per annum from the next day of the delivery of the original payment order of this case to the day of full payment (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act). The plaintiff shall seek payment of damages for delay calculated with 15% per annum from the next day of the original payment order of this case to the day of full payment (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
