On March 13, 2016, around 14:02 on March 13, 2016, the Defendant posted a notice to “pop-up game money” from the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu E Studio website to the Internet page, and made a false statement to the victim H who reported and contacted the writing “pop-up game money” to the new bank account (G) in the name of “A” if 2.10,000 won is remitted to the victim H.

However, in fact, the defendant is the victim of Mestoo game money.
