The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On December 22, 2016, at the second floor of the C Hospital located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (a) prevented the Defendant from taking a security guard and the victim D (22 tax) who is an employee of the hospital, on the ground that the employees of the hospital are infinite; and (b) assaulted the Victim’s cocon with his head.
At the entrance of the first floor of a hospital, the Defendant continued to assault the victim's face at least four times, and a coffee can by taking the victim's head at one time.
2. On February 7, 2017, the victim, after the prosecution of this case, withdrawn his/her wish to punish the Defendant, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
