around August 19, 2008, the Defendant arranged C to lend money to D, and D to set up a right to collateral against D’s Daejeon Dong-gu F and G land under the name of E as collateral.

On December 2, 2008, the Defendant planned to cancel the registration of the establishment of a neighboring establishment in the name of C, which was established on the above land in order to enable D to lend money from the credit service provider to the Defendant and to repay the money to the Defendant, etc., as D was unable to repay the money borrowed from the above C and the money borrowed from the Defendant and the Defendant’s Ha who is the Defendant and the Defendant’s Ha, etc., and to enable D to first repay the money to the Defendant and the above H with the money borrowed from the credit service provider as security.

1. On December 4, 2008, the Defendant forged a private document in the letter of delegation from the Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J office located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to indicate “real estate” with a black pen in the letter of delegation.

The phrase “a cause for registration” and “the date,” “a cause for registration,” and “a date” column, “a period of cancellation on December 03, 2008” and “registration” column, “a period of cancellation of a collateral security” and “registration to be cancelled,” indicated in the column, “a period of cancellation of a collateral security registered with K on August 19, 2008,” “E, Daejeon Metropolitan City Dong L, Daejeon Metropolitan City,” and “a person liable for registration” as “C and Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City M apartment 103-110” and affixed C’s seal in advance and affixed C’s seal.

Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

On December 5, 2008, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for registration of cancellation of a right to collateral security with the Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court, on December 17:30, 2008; (b) filed an application for registration of cancellation of a right to collateral security with the registry office of Daejeon District Court; and (c) filed the application with the registry official
