1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,121,055 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 2, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff’s claim for the indication of the claim against the Defendant: (a) the outstanding amount receivable 21,121,055 won for milk products, such as milk sold between 2005 and March 2013; and (b) the payment of compensation for delay thereof; (c) the judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
