1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a BCoC car.

On March 10, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.157% of the blood alcohol concentration around 18:40 on March 10, 2015, proceeded with the “D” front of the “D” road in Chuncheon City C from the direction of the entrance into the marina parking lot.
