The Defendant knew the fact that if D (before the opening of a name: E), F (G) and the address of the owner on the register of land coincides with that on the register of land, the Defendant may exercise his right as the owner by means of a registration for change of the name of registration through the confirmation document, even if there is no certificate of rights to the relevant land, and even if there is no certificate of rights to the relevant land, and that one of the accomplices is entitled to exercise his/her right as the owner on the register of the real estate, and if he/she is the owner on the register of the real estate, he/she shall have one of his/her co-offender issue documents necessary for real estate transactions, such as a resident registration abstract and a certificate of seal impression as he/she is the actual owner, while having the owner of the real land engage in the same name as the owner on the register of the real estate. The Defendant directed F to prepare for the crime of fraud and forged the resident registration certificates of D, the owner of the above land, and D was in charge of the role in disclosing his name to D, the owner of the land of H (I, J, K, and L) and doing so as to be the owner of the above land (I, J, K, and L) as if he were the owner of the above land (I, J, K, and L), and F (Ga: G) was in charge of delivering it to D or directly performing the direction upon the direction of the Defendant, who is the ter, at the direction of the Defendant.

1. In order to sell falsely a parcel of land D, F, and H’s land 4, the Defendant forged a resident registration certificate of D, the actual owner of the above land, to use it for committing fraud.

The Defendant, D, and F, as above, shall submit an application to the effect that D, around August 16, 2016, shall name the name of a female at the Seoul Northern District Court located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, in the form of “D”. The name of the above content shall be changed around November 2, 2016.
