The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower court and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court’s determination that the facts charged in the instant case were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and there is no error of misapprehending the rules of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
