1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 as well as 30% per annum from July 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”. 2. Judgment by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
