1. The Defendants are either KRW 18,356,094 and each of them within the scope of property inherited from each network A to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the facts of the changed reasons for the claim can be acknowledged.
According to the above facts, the Defendants are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at each rate of 18,356,094 won per annum from February 13, 2014 to May 22, 2014, and 20% per annum from May 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all.
