1. The defendant collects trees on each ground listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff and delivers each of the above land to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
However, in relation to the portion of the claim seeking the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent, the attached Form states the rent of KRW 500,000 as KRW 1,370 on the one-day basis, but the plaintiff reduced it to KRW 1,369 on the first date for pleading.
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession, Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act.
