A shall be punished by a fine of 6,00,000 won and by imprisonment of 6 months for each of the defendants B.

Defendant

A The above fine shall be imposed.

Despite the fact that all the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants treated the Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. The Defendants’ joint crime: (a) the Defendants were willing to purchase phiphones around March 15, 2018; (b) the Defendants were also willing to purchase phiphones; and (c) the Defendants were also willing to purchase phiphones at the D bank account (Account Number: H) in the name of G designated by the D bank account holder (EphoneF) at around 14:30 of the same day at the location of the D bank Suwon-si, Suwon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “F”); and (d) the Defendants attempted to purchase phiphones by finding the phiphones concealed in advance at the location of the above name at the location of the Sucheon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”). However, it was not found.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to sell and purchase philophones, but attempted to do so.

2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by means of sending KRW 400,000 to a bank account under the above G name designated by the said person at the point in the Suwon Station of the said D Bank on April 11, 2018, and then buying and selling philophones by finding approximately 0.5 g of the philophones, which was hidden in advance, from the J in the Ganbuk-gu Seoul Western-gu I on the same day, around 12:10 on the same day.

3. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct

A. On April 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold Rophonephones in early April 2018, the Defendant transferred the price of KRW 400,000 to an account (Account Number: Non-Account Number) designated by the above non-indicted in the D bank located at a place where the address of the Suwon and below is unknown around the time of the first patrol on April 2018. Around 17:00 of the same day, the Defendant was a person whose name was omitted at the N apartment electric measuring instruments located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
