If A does not pay the above fine, it shall be 100.

1. The defendant A is a representative director of the corporation B located in Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, who exercises overall control over the overall business of the factory.

No person who operates facilities to prevent wastewater shall treat water pollutants from discharging facilities by mixing them with water not discharged in the course of the process or with water not contaminated during the process.

Nevertheless, from September 201 to July 25, 2018, the Defendant treated wastewater by mixing it with indirect cooling water (water not contaminated by the process other than wastewater discharge facilities) to prevent wastewater in operation (50 cubic and biological treatment facilities) in order to treat wastewater in the case of verification color after confirming the state of water in the second settling tank from the surface from July 25, 201 to the surface.

As a result, the defendant operated wastewater prevention facilities and treated wastewater mixed with non-pollution water discharged during the process.

2. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing cosmetics and non-pharmaceutical drugs.

The defendant, a representative director of the defendant, committed a violation as described in paragraph (1) in relation to the defendant's business at the above date and place.
