However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendant is also a person who applied for the △△ Department at the University in 2020.

In applying for admission to the above University △△△△, the Defendant seems to have a high competition rate, and the competitors were able to arbitrarily enter personal information, such as the date of birth, in the name of the person with the highest foreign nationality, in order to enhance their pass rate, and submitted a false entry application to the above department in order to raise their pass rate.

On December 26, 2019, the Defendant entered information necessary for the application for admission, such as △△△△ Department, Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “In the item column for application,” and sent a written application for the application for the application for the admission of a name D, along with a photographic file of another person’s certification on the Internet, to a △△△△ Department, “△△△△△ Department,” “In the item column for application,” and the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G,” and then sent the application for the application for the admission of a name D, along with a computer, to a staff in charge of false name C, who is unaware of the above fact, for the purpose of facilitating the management of affairs of the above C, by accessing the Defendant’s dwelling in the Defendant’s dwelling area located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, and Seoul.

As a result, the Defendant forged and exercised another person’s electronic records pertaining to rights and duties or certificates of fact with a view to making an error in handling business affairs, including making and using a file of an application in the name of another person D, an electronic record of another person’s electronic records pertaining to the rights and duties or certificates of fact, from December 26, 2019 to December 28, 2019, with a view to making an error in handling business affairs over 16 occasions as shown in the attached crime list.

2. The Defendant of obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means shall apply for admission to the above department by 16 persons, such as D, a U.S. nationality, who is not permitted, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
