1. On October 2013, the Defendant sent approximately 0.07g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in a single-use injection machine, to C, from the toilets of Dongam Station located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
Accordingly, the defendant provided C with approximately 0.07 g of philophones.
2. On August 28, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07ghopon into a single-use folder, and melted the birth water as soon as possible, in his arms, from 208 Ecomher 208 located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

1. On March 12, 2014, at around 01:30, the Defendant, at the heading room of the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Incheon, where it is difficult to know the trade name near the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Office, Nam-gu, Incheon, for a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.1g of philophones received from F, and recorded philophones into the Defendant’s arms.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
2. On March 14, 2014, at around 07:00, the Defendant included a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.1g of philophones received from F in a single-use guest room in which the trade name located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, is unknown, and then injected the philophone into the Defendant’s arms.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
