except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant responded, upon receipt of a proposal, to arrange a disguised marriage between foreigners and Korean people from the above Embassy B, a person who had worked until the Embassy of Sri Lanka in the Republic of Korea, from the said Embassy and the said Embassy B, on the condition that one million won per case shall be paid for the interpretation of the parties and translation of documents.

1. On March 23, 2012, the Defendant reported a false marriage with C and D, in collusion with D, a Korean woman C and Sri Lanka male who is the parties to the aforementioned B and disguised marriage. In order to create D’s sojourn status without C and D’s intent to marry, the Defendant takes charge of reporting the marriage of the parties to disguised marriage, and the Defendant takes charge of translation of documents prepared by the parties’ interpretation and marriage report, and D paid KRW 7 million to B for disguised marriage, while making a false report of marriage with C and D, and submitted it to the said public official who did not know that it is false, and had C and D enter the aforementioned false facts in the family relations register electronic data, a public electronic record, and exercised it at a readily available condition.

2. On April 13, 2012, the Defendant filed a false marriage report with respect to E and F in collusion with Korean Women E and Vietnam who are the parties to the above B, the Philippines women G and the disguised marriage, and in the office of the public service of the office of the office of the office of the office of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, in order to create the F’s status of stay in Korea in the absence of intention to marry E and F, G introduces F to B, and B takes charge of the marriage report procedure of disguised marriage parties, and the Defendant takes charge of translation of documents prepared for interpretation and marriage report of the parties, and F pays eight million won to B in return for disguised marriage, together with E.
