1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On March 28, 2018, the Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Defendant from the Defendant in KRW 1.3 billion and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 30, 2018, but the Defendant does not deliver the said real estate. In addition, the Plaintiff sought the transfer of the said real estate and sought payment inasmuch as the Plaintiff suffered damage equivalent to five million won, which is the monthly rent, from the Defendant occupied without permission.
