1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,823,288 as well as KRW 36,350,000 among them, from September 20, 2018 to the day of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff extended a total of KRW 50 million to the defendant's joint and several surety B, including KRW 20 million on May 30, 2014, and KRW 50 million on June 10, 2014, and the repayment method is 250,000 won on June 25, 2014, and overdue interest is agreed at 20% per annum for the period from June 25, 2014 to July 11, 2017 (i.e., the total of KRW 1,365,000,000,000) to the plaintiff (i.e., the balance of KRW 365,365,000,000) x 36365,5365,000,000).

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant, as a joint and several surety, is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the principal and interest on the loan (i.e., the remainder of the loan 3,6350,000 won plus the outstanding interest on the loan 6,473,288 won) and the remainder of the loan 3,6350,000 won, calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 20, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is apparent after the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint sought by the Plaintiff
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
