1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,814,160 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 10, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On April 22, 2011, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 317,00,000 to the Defendant at an interest rate of 5% per annum; (b) 19% per annum per overdue interest rate; and (c) the date of maturity on April 22, 2014; and (b) the Defendant’s unpaid interest or delay damages claim.
