Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

The defendant is a driver of C&L car.
On May 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of approximately 500 meters from the roads on the Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-dong 113, Songpa-gu, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.139% on blood alcohol level around 23:44.
