The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On March 19, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest by hand on the ground that the victim D (27 years of age) did not know about the Defendant’s horses at “C convenience store” located in 2, 102, Dong 2, 2018, Seocheon-si B, 2018, and 102.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On May 1, 2018, May 11, 2018, following the institution of the instant case.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
