The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On January 29, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim D(70 years of age, south) who demanded the discontinuance of an assembly in front of the main building of C Driving Schools located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, by driving away the victim’s D (70 years of age, south).
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
