A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided that the Defendant would drink the victim C (n, 39 years of age) who came to know of the trade name in the Jinhae-si, Jinhae-si, which was known through the Internet car conference, and would take the victim’s house after drinking alcohol to the victim; (b) on the same day, the Defendant was on the victim’s house with his Donburg-purged car; and (c) on the same day, until the mother parking lot where it is impossible to know the trade name located in the Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant provided that “one-hour, only,” to the victim.
However, while the victim said that he would go to the house, the defendant was blue to the effect that the defendant was unable to get off the above car with the right blue part of the victim's chest and demanded the victim to get off the car while driving the car, while bringing a bath to the victim.
On June 12, 2013, at around 23:55, the Defendant detained the victim for about 30 minutes, by preventing the victim from getting off the vehicle from getting out of the vehicle due to the defective side of the victim's chest part due to the defect that the victim tried to open and get out of the vehicle.
2. On June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed rape, and (b) prevented the Defendant from getting off the victim’s chest part of the victim’s chests to open a car door with the right blue part of the victim who tried to flee at the F parking lot; and (c) obstructed the victim’s resistance by getting out of the victim’s body and placing the victim’s arms onto the part of the victim’s body.
