A. Defendant B shall each point of the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, and 1 among the real estate listed in the attached list.

A. The Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 17, 2012 on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) based on inheritance by consultation and division on February 23, 2012.

B. However, Defendant B, the owner of D, 139 square meters adjacent to the instant land, who owned by the Plaintiff, installed a retaining wall on the part of the instant land connected with each point of 1,2, and 1 attached Form No. 1, among the instant land owned by the Plaintiff, and buried a retaining wall on the retaining wall of the said wall with a stone fence and trees. Of the instant land, Defendant B, the owner of D, 139 square meters adjacent to the instant land, owned by the Plaintiff, illegally occupied and used the portion of 97 square meters “A”, which was successively connected to each point of 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 1 of the attached Form No. 1,2,3,4,5

C. Defendant C also owns the land of this case, which is the owner of the land of this case, 314 square meters and installed a retaining wall of the wall in the inside part of the instant land connected with each point of 7,8,7 in the order of indication of the attached drawing among the land of this case. The retaining wall of the fence was planted on the retaining wall of the wall of this case, and the biological fence and trees were planted on the retaining wall of the retaining wall of the wall. Therefore, as stated in the purport of the claim, the Plaintiff seeks removal, removal of trees, etc., and delivery of the portion of land illegally occupied and used as above from the Defendants.
