1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,291,00 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from April 1, 2015 to October 1, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(However, "20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day until the full payment is made" in paragraph (3) shall be deemed to be "20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment).
