A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2018, the Defendant was given a free delivery of one unit of 125CC which was abolished from a person who had no name or injury in the vicinity of Ulsan-gun B, Ulsan-gun, and the Defendant was entering the military court before entering the military court.
49CC Daba removed the D number plate and attached it to the above 125CC Bab, and operated the Oba with the above number plate attached from that time to August 12, 2020 to Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S. Do.
Accordingly, the defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile which is air straw, unlawfully, and exercised the number plate of two-wheeled automobile which is air straw.
2. On August 18, 2020, the owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance, but operated the 125CC unregistered motor vehicle without mandatory insurance from the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gun E around 12:00 to the police box located in the same military between the Defendant’s police box located in Ulsan-gun E, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
The Defendant is a holder of a wing two-wheeled automobile.
On August 9, 2020, the Defendant operated the said two-wheeled automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 24 km section, up to the front road of the Ulsan-gun E, Ulsan-gun, the front road, the Ulsan-gu F and the G “G” restaurant.
