Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime
On July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. and a crime of indecent act by compulsion, etc., and completed a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours in July 21, 2017, which became final and conclusive on July 21, 2017. 1. Where any basic personal information submitted is changed due to a false submission of changed information, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason and details of such change occur, and shall not submit any false details
Nevertheless, on June 18, 2018, the Defendant prepared and submitted personal information at the Daegu Western Police Station located in 55, Seogu, Daegu, which is a police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile, and “Seoul Seogu, Seogu, B and E” other than the actual place of residence was stated and submitted as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s domicile.
2. Where the basic personal information submitted is changed due to a failure to submit changed information, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason
The Defendant, as described in paragraph (1), changed “F,” which is the contact information reported to the Daegu Pacific Police Station on June 18, 2018, to “G” on March 18, 2019, without justifiable grounds.
